  1.  Kiln Drying: Reduces wood moisture (8–10%) to prevent warping/cracking.

  2.  Cutting: Precision cutting using modern machinery (planers, ripsaws, etc.).

  3.  Planing & Drilling: CNC drilling and planing ensure shape and construction.

  4.  Assembly: Components are assembled per design specs.

  5.  Sanding: Smooths surfaces and corrects defects.

  6.  Finishing: Modern painting lines achieve customer-specified finishes.

  7.  Final Assembly: Products are fully assembled and checked.

  8.  Packing: Standard or customer-specific packaging to protect quality.

  9.  Storage: Finished products await shipment
